Meet Your Arborist: Ken Beezley
Ken Beezley’s love of all things tree began in 2000 when he started a portable saw-milling business with a friend. Hooked on trees, Ken went to Glenville State College where he earned an associates in Forest Technology and began work in the industry. In 2006, Ken saw an unmet need in the tree care market – one that focuses on not just affordability, but on the science behind trees that dictates proper care. The tree service that is now TreeSources, began there.
Ken became a certified arborist and began working with residential, commercial and government customers to provide the highest quality tree care. In 2012, Ken returned to West Virginia University and received both a BS and a MS in Forest Resource Management. As Ken and his family moved to the wilds of Pocahontas County, Ken applied those forest management skills to his business and incorporated a second business, Little Levels Lumber Company.
